Pierce and Jackson on a Bluebird Day

We’re in the midst of a major winter storm here in New Hampshire. I must admit, the prospect of 2+ feet of snow has me hugely excited, as I am itching to get out the snowshoes and break some trail.

This past weekend Rob and I took a leisurely hike up Pierce and Jackson on what turned out to be a stellar, bluebird day. Although conditions weren’t exactly ideal (i.e. icy and hard-packed), the pups were desperately in need of exercise and it was wonderful to get back out in the mountains after a two-week hiatus. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the day, all edited via my Instagram.
